Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of custom and out of stock items (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Special Processing for Brackets & Custom Items
We do not stock brackets. All brackets are built to order with a 3-4 week lead time. Bracket Orders: For bracket products, shipping costs are determined after the product has been completed and weighed to offer the client the best pricing available. This approach ensures that you receive the most accurate and competitive shipping rates based on the actual weight and dimensions of your finished product. You will be notified of the exact shipping cost before your order is dispatched, and you will have the opportunity to approve the shipping charges.
The processing time for custom bracket orders may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedule. Typical processing times for brackets range from 3-7 business days, but we will provide you with a more specific timeline when you place your order.
Standard Product Processing
All Other Items: Standard products are shipped using flat rate shipping based on weight and dimensions. These rates are calculated automatically at checkout, providing you with immediate transparency about your shipping costs before you complete your purchase.

Custom Bracket Shipping
For custom bracket orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions of the completed product. This ensures you receive the most competitive shipping rate possible. The process works as follows:

2.Weighing and Measuring: The completed product is weighed and measured for accurate shipping calculation

5.Approval and Shipment: Upon your approval, the order is shipped using your preferred method
Delivery Information
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin counting from the date your order ships, not from the date of purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts at the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup or returned to our facility. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or return shipping.
